The Singapore Flyer - a giant observation wheel, is set to be Asia's most visible Iconic Visitor Attraction. When completed in March 2008, The Singapore Flyer will provide breathtaking panoramic views of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The Singapore Flyer will transform the visual landscape of the surrounding Marina Bay area which is slated to be the future downtown of Singapore. In addition to The Singapore Flyer, construction on Asia’s largest business and financial centre has commenced and a 1,000,000 sq metre Integrated Resort is due to start operations in 2009. These, with three new botanic gardens will complete Marina Bay’s “necklace of attractions”.
